All the Books I Read in 2020

So, this post is coming very late and well after the New Year, but better late then never! I made a list of the Best Books I Read in 2020 and My Most Disappointing Reads of 2020, but there are so many other good books I read which I didn’t get a chance to highlight in those posts. Overall, 2020 was not the best year for me when it came to reading (and pretty much everything else πŸ™ƒ). I managed to finish 41 books, which I’d say is pretty damn good considering I was in a reading slump for a solid few months.

Goodreads also does something called Year in Books, which is basically the reading version of the Spotify wrap-up. Anyways, according to that, I read a total of 18,883 pages last year and the average length of books I read was 410 pages. My average rating was 3.8/5 stars. I’m kind of a nerd for stats and data, so this was all very exciting for me. Anyways. Without anymore rambling, here’s a list of all the books I read!

Hi friends! My name is Aarushi (she/her) and welcome to my blog πŸ’– I’m a 19 year old reader and decided to start this so I’d have a place where I could write down all my bookish rambles and thoughts! In addition to reading, I love to write in my free time and am currently working on my YA Fantasy WIP. Found family, rivals to lovers, and a historical backdrop are just a few tropes I've added in. I love interacting with other readers and writers so be sure to leave your comments so we can chat! Thanks for being here <33 All my socials are aarushireads :) *profile pic created by prequel

  1. I actually really adored The Alice Network, my only qualm was how Charlie’s was such a dull character… I would really recommend Kate Quinn’s other book: The Huntress, I enjoyed that one significantly more! Vicious was incredible and ahhh RENEGADES! I’m so heartened to see that you had a lot of highly rated books, lovely wrap up Aarushi!

    1. Yess, The Alice Network could’ve definitly been a 4 or 5 star book for me if the author focused more on Eve’s chapters! I just found her a lot more interesting than Charlie. Thanks for the rec, I’ll definitely check out The Huntress. The Renegades trilogy has my whole heart, and yesss Vicious was amazinggg πŸ₯Ί
Thanks for the lovely comment, Cherelle ❀️
